Need a balloon, perhaps you need two? Pass-the-Parcel can make them for you. We can make one, or a hundred and three A flower, a hat or a big Christmas tree. Balloons are a great way to brighten up a party or event. Whether you choose to have your balloons pre-made, or have one of our colourful characters attend your event; balloons are sure to be a BLAST! Balloons can be included in most of our party packages. We can also work in with your colour schemes and design table toppers, balloon decor and even funky hats! Contact us for more information.
